For almost 15 years, we have been assisting clients with their real estate, estate planning and small business legal needs.
We handle all type of real estate transactional work, from residential closings for purchases and sales, new constructions, developer representation in condominium conversions, condominium association representation, short sales, land trusts, multi-unit and commercial purchases and sales transactions.
Additionally, we represent real estate investors and developers, and numerous other businesses, in their corporate and business matters, including incorporation and LLC set up, agreement drafting and review, and 1031 exchanges.
We provide timely, quality legal work for a reasonable fee.
We are looking to network with real estate agents and mortgage professionals who have had poor experiences with their real estate lawyer referrals, or have not established a working relationship with a lawyer. We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time, our strong client retention rate, and our common sense approach to representing clients throughout the course of the transaction. We are among the few real estate lawyers practicing that actually meet with our clients at the beginning of a transaction to review the contract and the entire process with them, and address most questions up front, so they do not become problems later.
