Illinois Power of Attorney law has several changes made for 2015. Public Act 098-1113 provides a major overhaul of the Illinois statutory Power of Attorney related to the health care form including a new FAQ-styled notice, the need to additional witness and agent restrictions, it also incorporates revised options for expressing life-sustaining treatment wishes.
